Join Nevada Humanities and the Sanford Center for Aging at Sundance Books and Music on May 19 at 6:00 pm, for our May Salon, "Aging Creatively." Moderated by Paul Baker Prindle, Director of University Galleries at the University of Nevada, Reno, this discussion will bring together an eclectic panel of individuals who recognize the value of continuing to lead dynamic lives, participating fully in their communities, and challenging stigmas often associated with getting older. The panelists include Jim Brown, a Senior Olympian, Dr. Peter Reed, Director of the Sanford Center for Aging, and Dr. Lynne Gray, Vice President of the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at the University of Nevada, Reno. The Salon will include audience discussion and light refreshments.
