Michon Mackedon, a native of Nevada, is a Community College Professor of English and Humanities, Emeritus, and former member of the Nevada Commission on Nuclear Projects. Mackedon will discuss contemporary themes and issues related to Nevada's historical nuclear experiences. The audience will be invited to join the conversation on topics such as nuclear testing and long term waste storage issues.
