The Art + Environment Conference takes place from September 29 through October 1, and will convene artists, scholars, designers, and writers to continue the dialogue about human interaction and global environment. Participants are required to register for the entire conference, Sept. 29 – Oct. 1. The September 30th program will include lectures, an informal lunch session, and panel discussions. Speakers include David B. Walker, William L. Fox, Alexander Rose, Ann M. Wolfe, Edward Burtynsky, Subhanker Banerjee, Chris Jordan, G. Robert Deiro, Helen Mayer Harrison and Newton Harrison, Fritz Haeg, Thomas Kellein, Les Villareal, David Benjamin, Geoff Manaugh, Mark Smout, Liam Young, and Bruce Sterling.
