Wonders of Nature: Nature Journaling of Nevada Beauty - Quail

During these nature journaling workshops, participants will discover new facts and skills in their study of nature, share current knowledge, observe models or examples, receive new knowledge, and follow drawing prompts to create a personal journal page. About Lorna Burkhard

As an experienced teacher with a broad background, including private, charter, public, and homeschool education, Lorna enjoys motivating people to learn in creative ways. She brings nature indoors and offers nature journaling lessons that are age-appropriate, interesting, and enjoyable. Lorna feels that when we are motivated, our interest is peaked, and we become our own best teachers. To further her drawing skills, she received Monart Drawing Studio certification, studied with John Muir Laws, and developed a small business: Just Draw It-Nature Journaling.
