Julianne Cheng is the Programs Manager at Arizona Humanities, where she develops and manages public programs, oversees program partnerships and collaborations, and conducts educational advocacy and outreach. Prior to joining Arizona Humanities, she was the Senior Coordinator of the Writing Center at Arizona State University – Downtown Phoenix. Julianne received her B.A. in History and Art History from UCLA, and her M.A. and Ph.D. in Art History with a focus in Greek art and archaeology from Emory University. As a graduate student, she was a curatorial research fellow at the Michael C. Carlos Museum and High Museum of Art in Atlanta. Julianne has also participated in archaeological excavations in Samothrace, Greece, and was the Archive Manager for the Samothrace Excavations Archive.
