Join us for a special stream with Dr. Josh Webster from Great Basin College where we will play Spire’s End: Hildegard, a choose your own adventure card game with with interactive story-driven scenarios. Tune in to learn about storytelling, tabletop games, worldbuilding, and more, as we play together and see where the luck of the dice takes us. Audience participation and questions are encouraged!

Josh Webster writes fiction and plays, and his work has appeared in long and short form on some stages and some pages. He was a 2022 recipient of a Nevada Arts Council Artist Fellowship in Literary Arts. He received an M.A. in English with an emphasis in creative writing from Wayne State University and a Ph.D. in English with an emphasis in creative writing from The Center for Writers at The University of Southern Mississippi. After serving three years as a lecturer at North Dakota State University in Fargo, he has since worked as an English Professor at Great Basin College in first Elko and then Pahrump, where he teaches composition, creative writing, literature, and film courses. He is a lifelong video-gamer and enthusiast of board games, tabletop RPGs, sci-fi, fantasy, and comic books.
