Join us for a Humanities at Play live stream from our kitchens together with Michelle Patrick as we explore cultural traditions that affect our overall health and wellness. This fun, interactive session will dive into how nourishment is practiced through dietary, mental, and physical activities that affect most specifically, members of the African American community. Our online sitting will focus on the benefits of adopting healthy lifestyle habits, while highlighting foods and dishes rooted from deep origins in Africa.
