Join the City of Henderson for Poetry in the Park on Thursday, April 24 at 6:00 pm at the Silver Springs Recreation Center Amphitheater. The evening will feature 2024 Nevada Humanities’ Spark! Youth Poetry winner Alaina Sanchez, Nevada State Poet Laureate Shaun T. Griffin, Nevada State University students, and local youth sharing original works and pieces from those who have inspired them.
