Nevada Humanities is partnering with Desert Research Institute in 2025 to bring a series of events to Reno and Las Vegas. The intersection between science, the humanities and the arts will come together this year to explore varying topics and our connection to our great state of Nevada.

DRI Storyteller – Tiffany Pereira, an Ecologist and Botanist at DRI who is also a scientific illustrator. She will be joined by Jessica Oreck, filmmaker and founder of the Office of Collecting and Design, who is also a botanist and ecologist.
