The Art of Close Looking: A Poetry Workshop with Heather Lang Cassera at the Wetlands Park Art Day

  • Clark County Wetlands Park 7050 Wetlands Park Lane, Las Vegas (map)

Awaken your sense of wonder at the Clark County Wetlands Park Art Day! Through an easy-to-follow writing prompt, we’ll explore the beauty and complexity of the natural world. Led by Heather Lang-Cassera, former Clark County Poet Laureate (2019–2021), this workshop invites you to slow down, look closer, and let the Wetlands spark your creativity. With inspirations from Sagebrush to Sandstone: A Humanities Guide to Outdoor Nevada.
