Nevada, P.S. I Love You Postcard Project

Join us for a special community activity and connect with people across the state, at a time when we need connection more than ever. The Nevada, P.S. I Love You Postcard Project encourages you to create, write, and send a positive note to a stranger across the state. This project will connect us by sending art postcards flying across Nevada, building cultural bridges from urban to rural and back again as we create art and describe what we love about the place we call home. Postcards will be sent via mail and distributed to various locations through community partnerships. Nevada Humanities will be the mail carrier!

How you can participate:

1. Use the templates found below or make your own and send them to anyone you choose.

2. Request a Postcard Kit to create postcards individually or as a group.

3. Interested individuals or community partners who want to request a Postcard Kit can contact Bobbie Ann Howell at bahowell@nevadahumanities.org. (Postcard Kits include: postcards, Nevada shape template, instructions, and return envelope based on the needs of each request.)

4. Share a positive message about what you love about Nevada. Please keep messages positive. Make as many postcards as you would like!

5. Send your postcards to us, and we will distribute them across the state.

6. Tag us if you receive one! #NVPSLOVE

Virtual postcard workshops hosted by the collaborating Nevada artists will be scheduled throughout the year and will be listed on the Nevada Humanities website calendar and announced in the Nevada Humanities newsletter.

Take time to care for one another across the state. We all need a chance to make art and send Nevada a note of love.
