Chautauqua at Dangberg Home Ranch Historic Park

The Dangberg Home Ranch in Minden is home to Chautauqua in Nevada. As part of their 2022 Summer Festival, Chautauqua performers will share American and world history through presentations featuring both experienced regional Chautauquans and amateur presentations.

Upcoming Chatauqua performances include:

July 20: Doug Mishler as Dwight D. Eisenhower, 34th President of the United States.
August 3: David Woodruff as John “Snowshoe” Thompson, famous mailman of the Sierra for over 20 years during winter snows, and known for the lives he saved.
August 10: Kim Harris as Eliza Eppinger, presenting “San Francisco is Burning,” sharing her experiences during the 1906 San Francisco earthquake and fire.
